The Important Things You Need To Know!
Don’t forget your wristbands on the day. No wristband, no entry. Your wristbands will be issued to you in advance of the event.
Please, please do not drive to the event. Parking may not be available and we think a good leg stretch is better for both you and the environment. If you do have to drive we would encourage you to ‘park and stride’ so that we don’t congest the small residential roads near the school and annoy our lovely neighbours. For those who may struggle to walk please think about dropping them off near the school before parking elsewhere. Maybe ask a friend in the village if you can park on their drive.
Your ticket price will include one of our fantastic festival cups. You may also wish to bring a refillable water bottle. There will be be plenty of food and drink for you to buy on the day. However, we don’t want to sell bottles of water as we think it’s a pointless waste of plastic. Plenty of FREE drinking water will be available all day long. Please bring with you your refillable water bottles and do your bit for our planet.
No glass containers or bottles. You are welcome to bring with you your own food and drink but NO GLASS bottles or containers.
Don’t forget your picnic blanket, sun cream and sun hats. Sunloungers, deck chairs and bean bags also welcome!
Sorry, no dogs. We love dogs (as well as all other pets!) but we are unable to host them on the school site.
Take your litter home with you. Please leave the school site as you found it. It would be a huge help if you were considerate enough to take your litter home with you. Bring a small bin bag with you and help us keep the school site tidy.
What happens if it’s raining on the day?
The show goes on! Just wear your wellies and bring an umbrella.
